Paul Wesley Farquharson Chambers, the Welfare Office for PNP-UK, is a lifelong public servant and former Captain in the Jamaica Defence Force, known for his leadership, discipline, and community focus, particularly in veterans' support.

- Committed to specialist training, he founded Dialalesson, a driving tuition service for people with physical and learning disabilities. He is also the UK's sole registered public service interpreter for Jamaican Patois, supporting public services including courts and local authorities.
- A passionate advocate of many years for veterans and Caribbean military heritage, Paul founded and chairs the British West India Regiments Heritage Trust, is a trustee at the Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services League, and is a Jamaica Legion representative. He actively contributes to veterans’ organisations in both the UK and Jamaica.
- A member of PNP-UK since 2010, Paul is dedicated to strengthening communities, promoting inclusion, and ensuring accessible welfare support.
